Terms + Conditions
The agreement between you and Brite Lotus when you use this site.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Accepting these Terms
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using BriteLotus.com (the “Site”) operated by CTG Entertainment, LLC, doing business as Brite Lotus (“Company”).
By accessing or using any content on the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site.
Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to Company’s Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Site or sending emails to Company constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically to you by Company, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Links to Third Party Sites
The Site may link to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under the control of Company. Company is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Sites. Company provides these links as a convenience to you. The links do not constitute endorsement by Company of the site or any association with its operators.
Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to access and use the Site in strict accordance with these Terms. All content included on this Site is the property of Company and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect Company’s intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works found on the Site. You agree that you do not have nor will have any ownership rights in any protected content, and that Company does not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Company except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Products and Purchases
Company may offer physical products, digital products, and services for sale through the Site or through a third-party platform Company designates. This section applies whenever you buy any of them. Where this section conflicts with another section of these Terms, this section controls as to purchases.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. No contract is formed until Company accepts the order, and Company may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before shipment or delivery, for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, limits on quantity, inability to supply, or an address Company cannot ship to. If Company cancels an order you have paid for, Company will refund that payment and will have no further liability to you.
Pricing and errors
Prices are stated in United States dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. Taxes, shipping, duties and handling may be added and will be shown before you confirm. Company makes reasonable efforts to describe and price products accurately, but descriptions, images, specifications, availability and prices may contain errors. Company reserves the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed in reliance on one, including after the order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. Company does not see or store your full card details. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you give is accurate. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Company may result in cancellation of access to purchased products.
Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or any other cause outside its reasonable control. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you when the carrier takes possession. You are responsible for giving a correct and complete delivery address; Company is not responsible for products delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly.
International orders
If Company ships outside the United States, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs charges and compliance with the laws of the destination country, and for any product being refused entry.
Returns and refunds
The return and refund terms that apply to your purchase are those published on the Site at the time you place your order, and they are incorporated into these Terms. Unless those published terms say otherwise: physical products may be returned unused and in their original condition within fourteen (14) days of delivery, with return shipping paid by you; and digital products, downloads, and online courses are not returnable or refundable once access has been delivered, because they cannot be returned. Nothing in this paragraph limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Different products may carry different terms. A particular product, course, bundle, membership, or digital download may be offered with its own return window, satisfaction or money-back guarantee, license, access period, or download and usage restrictions, and those product-specific terms are published with that product and control over the general terms in this section to the extent they differ. A guarantee or policy offered on one product creates no right or expectation with respect to any other product, and Company may offer, change, or withdraw any product-specific policy at any time; the version in effect is the one published at the time you place your order.
Digital products and license
A digital product is licensed, not sold. Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share credentials for, or create derivative works from any digital product, and you may not use it to build a competing product or service. Company may revoke the license for breach of these Terms. Company does not guarantee that any digital product will remain available indefinitely.
No resale
Products are sold to end users. You may not purchase products for resale, and Company may refuse or cancel any order it believes is placed for resale.
Product warranties
Except for any written warranty Company expressly provides with a specific product, and except where such disclaimer is prohibited by law, all products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” and Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Company does not warrant that any product will meet your requirements or produce any particular result. Any manufacturer’s warranty on a physical product is between you and that manufacturer.
Limit on what Company owes you
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Company’s total liability to you arising out of or relating to any product or purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid Company for that product. This limit applies regardless of the form of the claim and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian who is. By placing an order you represent that this is the case.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of the Site or services.
Dispute Resolution
Both You and Company agree that any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Information, Not Professional Advice
Everything on the Site — articles, guides, videos, newsletters, recommendations, and answers to questions sent through the contact form — is general information for a general audience. It is not professional advice, and it is not tailored to your particular device, setup, accounts, or circumstances.
Technology differs from one person to the next. A step that is correct on one device, operating system version, or account configuration can be wrong on another. You decide whether to follow anything you read here, and you are responsible for the consequences of doing so — including any loss of data. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose before making changes to a device.
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice. If a decision matters enough that getting it wrong would be costly, consult someone qualified who can look at your actual situation.
Liability Disclaimer
The information and content on this site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Company may make periodical changes at any time. Company makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy or the information on the site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any other damages, without limitation.
International Users
Company is owned and operated in the United States. If you access the Site or services provided by Company outside of the United States of America, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
Access Restriction
Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the laws of the United States of America.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications between you and Company.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of this agreement shall still be enforceable and the portion deemed invalid will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
Change to Terms
Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Company encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed on updates.
